Valencia

Cultivating vines in this land is truly so easy, and the subsequent processing of its raw material is so smooth, that there are moments when it seems that no additional effort is needed on the part of winemakers and viticulturists to continue progressing. With the arrival of young winemakers like David Belda, Rafael Cambra, or Pablo Calatayud, native varieties are being recovered. Wonders are discovered in lesser-known grape varieties such as garnacha or verdil.
